Janav Aggarwal

Janav Aggarwal is currently a Business Development Intern at Prove since May 2023, following a significant role as Assistant Manager at Nathan's Famous, Inc., beginning in May 2021. In this position, Janav is responsible for employee management, inventory oversight, customer service, and sales enhancement. Additionally, Janav serves as Organization Manager in the family business, focusing on sales growth and customer relations since May 2019. Janav gained valuable experience during a Leadership Development Internship at RippleMatch from January to May 2022, where strategic growth and performance metrics were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes a four-year tenure as a Lifeguard at American Pool, fostering a strong passion for helping others. Janav is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Enterprise Risk Management at Penn State University, expected to graduate in 2024, after graduating from North Rockland High School in 2020.
