Emmanuel Sigler is an experienced IT advisor and consultant with a proven track record of improving tax and revenue systems across multiple countries. Currently serving as a Senior IT Advisor at Nathan Associates and a Senior IT Consultant at DevTech Systems, Emmanuel has contributed to significant projects, including enhancing data exchange for the Uganda Revenue Authority and developing a road map for Kyrgyzstan's e-Procurement portal. Previous roles include consulting for Deloitte Consulting, where Emmanuel developed technical requirements for a Tax Methodology Solution for the Republic of Georgia and contributed to systems for the Liberia Revenue Authority and the Jordan Income and Sales Tax Department. With experience at Chemonics International, BearingPoint, and the International Monetary Fund, Emmanuel has led IT implementations, conducted assessments, and developed strategic solutions that have positively impacted government revenue operations.
