Trevor O'Regan is an experienced consultant in international trade facilitation and economic development with a robust background in digital transformation and agricultural innovation. Currently serving as an International Short-term Expert at Sustainable Food Systems Ireland, Trevor contributes to multiple initiatives including the Ireland-Vietnam Agrifood Partnership and USAID's Vietnam Digital Trade project. Trevor has held leadership roles in significant programs like the Vietnam National Trade Repository and the ARISE+ Programme. With over 25 years of experience, Trevor has collaborated with major organizations such as the World Bank, USAID, and various governmental agencies across Asia and Africa.
