Michael Caulfield has extensive experience in education, currently serving as an Alternative Education Math Teacher and a Junior Varsity Baseball and Freshman Football Coach at Natick High School since September 2011. With a Master's in Education focusing on Special Education from Framingham State College, Michael has developed and executed lesson plans, educational and behavior plans, and Individualized Educational Plans. Previous roles include Math Teacher at Brandon School, Student Support Facilitator at Natick Public Schools, and Teacher's Assistant at Needham Public Schools, along with coaching positions at Westwood Public School. Michael also has experience in customer service from a retail background at Natick Outdoor Store.
