Kaitlin Eloise Underwood has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Kaitlin Eloise began their career as a Communications Intern at the Indiana University Art Museum, followed by a Public Information Intern at the Exploratorium in 2015. In 2016, they became an Operations Assistant at Brilliant Earth, and in 2018 they held positions as a Marketing Assistant at the Ogunquit Playhouse, an Archivist at the BC Freedom of Information Association, and a Museum Assistant at the Museum of Anthropology at UBC. In 2019, they became a Program Manager at the University of Colorado Boulder and is currently the Lead Project Coordinator at Save a Life Certifications by NHCPS.

Kaitlin Eloise Underwood completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Fine and Studio Arts Management from Indiana University Bloomington in 2016. In 2014, they studied Italian Language and Literature at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna. Kaitlin Eloise then went on to earn their Master of Arts - MA in Archives/Archival Administration from The University of British Columbia in 2019.
