Jason Amar

Jason Amar is a seasoned Tableau Developer II at Nation Safe Drivers since December 2020, where responsibilities include building a robust self-service reporting environment utilizing large datasets from ADW, Databricks, and SQL Server, while collaborating with business stakeholders and the data engineering team. Previously, as a Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems from July 2019 to January 2021, Jason specialized in the Portland market for data and analytics, focusing on big data engineering, and maintained strong relationships with candidates to support their career aspirations. In addition, as the External Philanthropy Chairman for Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity from September 2017 to February 2018, Jason organized philanthropic events that raised over $100,000 for charitable organizations. Earlier experiences include a marketing internship at CenturyLink and a role as a Courtesy Clerk at Kroger. Jason holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Oregon State University, earned in 2019.
