Annie Roberts

Annie Roberts is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in strategic HR management. Currently serving as General Manager People & Culture at National 360 since April 2021, Annie oversees initiatives that improve team member experiences across the organization, managing talent acquisition, generalist HR, and learning and development functions. Previously, as National Human Resources Manager at Better Rehab, Annie led a large team and developed a national HR framework to support organizational growth. In earlier roles, Annie acted as an HR Consultant at Catalina Consultants, specializing in greenfield HR operations, and served as International Human Resources Manager at BioGill, where Annie implemented HR practices in multiple countries to align with global expansion efforts. Annie holds an Executive MBA from AGSM at UNSW Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Wollongong.
