Jeff Fons has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jeff also led Commercial Business & Sales Operations teams across a diverse portfolio of services and products, delivering market share growth and streamlining operational processes. Jeff's work at GE Healthcare also included roles in service operations, global operations, Lean enterprise leadership, and as a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma.

Before joining GE Healthcare, Jeff worked at Rexnord Corporation as a Product Development Engineer and Global Lean/Six Sigma Manager. In this role, they managed projects for multiple companies, including well-known organizations like Harley-Davidson, Boeing, and the U.S. Navy.

Overall, Jeff Fons has a wealth of experience in strategic leadership, operations management, consulting, and process improvement across various industries.

Jeff Fons holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Design Thinking: Implementing the Process from LinkedIn in June 2020.
