Jeff Fons has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jeff currently serves as the Vice President of Marketing, Information Technology, and Operations at the National Ability Center. Prior to that, they worked as an Executive Advisor, providing guidance and mentoring to start-ups and Fortune 500 leaders.
Jeff also held the role of Chief Operating Officer at the Medical Review Institute of America, LLC, where they managed a large team and successfully drove revenue growth through collaboration with various departments. Jeff has also worked as an Executive Consultant, developing solutions to improve transportation services for urban school buses and reducing costs for hundreds of students.
Earlier in their career, Jeff held various leadership positions at GE Healthcare. As General Manager of Commercial Growth Strategies, they created and executed strategies that significantly increased service revenue. Jeff also led Commercial Business & Sales Operations teams across a diverse portfolio of services and products, delivering market share growth and streamlining operational processes. Jeff's work at GE Healthcare also included roles in service operations, global operations, Lean enterprise leadership, and as a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma.
Before joining GE Healthcare, Jeff worked at Rexnord Corporation as a Product Development Engineer and Global Lean/Six Sigma Manager. In this role, they managed projects for multiple companies, including well-known organizations like Harley-Davidson, Boeing, and the U.S. Navy.
Overall, Jeff Fons has a wealth of experience in strategic leadership, operations management, consulting, and process improvement across various industries.
Jeff Fons holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Design Thinking: Implementing the Process from LinkedIn in June 2020.

As a national role model, the Center promotes the concept of ability through integration, public awareness and education. Founded in 1985, the National Ability Center is a 501(c)3 non-profit, tax-exempt organization. Programs are supported through special events, grants from private corporations and foundations, individual donations and program fees. All activities are offered at an affordable rate and scholarships are available, ensuring participation for all applicants.
