Chuck Mancuso

Chuck Mancuso is an experienced legal professional with a focus on Alternative Dispute Resolution. Since September 2013, Chuck has served as a Principal at Upchurch Watson White & Max, providing conflict resolution services while maintaining high ethical standards. Chuck is a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals and previously owned a mediation practice. Prior legal experience includes roles as a Trial Attorney at Charles A. Mancuso, P.A., Young & Mancuso, P.A., and Brannon Brown Haley Robinson & Cole, where responsibilities included supporting litigation from intake through trial and appeal. Chuck holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from The University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Criminology from The Florida State University.
