Michael Mullin

Michael Mullin is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in mediation and alternative dispute resolution. Since September 2011, Michael has served as a Distinguished Fellow at the International Academy of Mediators and as a Charter Member at the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals since January 2010. As a Partner at Kutak Rock since January 2008, Michael chairs the firm's ADR practice group and mediates roughly 300 disputes annually across the United States. Prior to this, Michael was a shareholder at McGrath, North, Mullin & Kratz, PC LLO from May 1988 to December 2007, working as a trial attorney and mediator. Michael holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Creighton University School of Law (1977-1980) and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from the University of Notre Dame (1973-1977).
