Sarah Slaughter is a prominent figure in the fields of civil engineering, sustainability, and education. Currently serving as an Elected Member at both the National Academy of Engineering and the National Academy of Construction since 2017 and 2013 respectively, Sarah also leads the Built Environment Coalition as CEO, President, and Executive Director, focusing on resilience and sustainability research and education.
