Suzanne Goulden

Suzanne Goulden, SHRM-CP, CCP, currently serves as Manager of Compensation at The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, where Suzanne held the position of Sr. Manager, Compensation Programs and Compensation Consultant, and at SHRM as Director of Total Rewards & Analytics. Suzanne has a robust background in compensation and benefits management, exemplified by leadership roles at Graduate Management Admission Council® and American Society of Clinical Oncology, where significant initiatives included the implementation of HRIS systems, wellness programs, and compensation models. Educational credentials include a BS in Psychology from Virginia Tech and an MGA in Not-for-Profit Management and Human Resources from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
