Randy Bramblett

Randy Bramblett is an experienced professional in the fields of real estate and health fitness. Currently a Real Estate Agent at Abio Properties since January 2020, Randy has also been an Affiliate Instructor at the National Academy of Sports Medicine since March 2012, where instruction involves a comprehensive 20-week program for aspiring personal trainers. As the Owner of Urban Athlete LLC since September 2004, Randy provides private personal training and nutrition consulting. Previous roles include Marketing Manager and Private Trainer at BreakAway Performance from September 2007 to August 2008, and Fitness Manager at 24 Hour Fitness from September 2005 to July 2006, where significant revenue growth was achieved. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition Science from the University of California, Davis, earned in 2004.
