Kevin Duan

Kevin Duan is an accomplished medical professional with extensive experience in academia and clinical practice. As an Assistant Professor at The University of British Columbia since August 2023, Kevin Duan contributes to education and research in the field. Kevin Duan has also held various positions at UW Medicine since July 2018, including Affiliate Instructor, Acting Instructor, and Fellow in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine. Between August 2016 and June 2018, Kevin Duan served as an Economic Evaluation Collaborator with Compañeros en Salud | Partners in Health Mexico. Prior experience at UCSF includes roles as Assistant Clinical Professor - Volunteer, Clinical Instructor, Chief Resident in Internal Medicine, and Resident Physician in Internal Medicine. Additionally, Kevin Duan worked as a Staff Physician at Tsehootsooi Medical Center in early 2017. Kevin Duan holds a Master of Science in Health Services from the University of Washington School of Public Health, a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the University of Michigan Medical School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brown University.
