Bill Phipps

Bill Phipps is an experienced Project Manager with a diverse background in project management and IT services, currently serving at NASCO since November 2011. Prior experience includes project management roles at First Data Corporation, The Home Depot, and multiple contract assignments through TEK Systems and Pinnacle Technical Resources, including significant tenures with WellPoint. Bill also held positions as a Client Services Manager at McCamish Systems and various roles at ING spanning over three decades, culminating as a Business Solutions Consultant and IT Manager. Bill Phipps possesses a strong educational background including CMM, Six Sigma, and qualifications from the Life Office Management Association.
