Dr. Luana B.

Dr. LuAna B. has vast work experience in various leadership roles. Dr. LuAna currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at NASCO, where they focus on delivering products and solutions that promote healthier outcomes. Prior to this, they worked at GuideWell Connect as the Chief Operating Officer and Veterans Network Community Executive Sponsor, managing diverse consumer engagement teams and driving profitability. Dr. LuAna has also served as an Executive Board Member at Genesis Joy House Homeless Shelter, Inc., where they worked towards ending chronic homelessness among women veterans. In their earlier career, they held senior leadership positions at Ciox Health, Change Healthcare, and Express Scripts, where they successfully transformed and led operational strategies in different healthcare organizations. Additionally, they have a background in communications management from their time in the US Army. Dr. LuAna B. obtained their doctoral degree from Northcentral University.

Dr. LuAna B. holds a diverse educational background in business administration and healthcare administration/management. Dr. LuAna obtained their Doctor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Northcentral University, graduating in 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Organizational Development at Upper Iowa University from 2007 to 2008. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Psychology from Upper Iowa University, which they completed from 2003 to 2005.

In addition to their academic achievements, Dr. LuAna B. has also obtained notable certifications in their field. Dr. LuAna holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Villanova, which they acquired in October 2005. Furthermore, they have been awarded the CIAC-Certified Strategic Leader (CCSL) designation by the ICMI- CIAC Certification Advisory Council in July 2003.
