Phil Howey has extensive experience in business operations and management, currently serving as the Business Operations Management Lead at NASCO, LLC since June 1999. In this role, Phil manages a team dedicated to provisioning contingent workers and oversees the entire engagement lifecycle with a focus on maintaining key relationships with staffing partners and vendors. Prior to NASCO, Phil worked as an Automotive Account Executive at Anthem, supporting health insurance needs for members of major automotive unions. Phil holds a Master's degree in Commissioner Science from the Boy Scouts of America, a Certificate from Emory University School of Medicine, and additional certifications in Health Insurance & Labor Relations and Finance from the National Labor College and The Wharton School, respectively.
