Lanecia Radcliff is the Ujima Program Manager at the National Adoption Association, leading the black family connection program funded by the Walmart foundation. Previously, Lanecia worked as a Permanency Specialist/Family Finder at Citrus Family Care network, an Adoption Supervisor at ChildNet, Inc., and an Adoption Homefinder/Recruiter. Lanecia holds Bachelor's degrees in Social Sciences and Sociology from Wayne State University.
