Harrison Martingayle

Harrison Martingayle is currently serving as the Associate General Counsel at the National Alcohol Beverage Control Association (NABCA) since August 2023, after successfully passing the District of Columbia Bar Exam. In this role, Harrison addresses policy issues and in-house legal matters, while also contributing to the NABCA Annual Legal Symposium and other organizational events. Previously, Harrison held positions as a Legal Associate at NABCA and as a Summer Associate, focusing on alcohol and cannabis policy research. Other relevant experiences include an Athletics Compliance Intern role at the University of Nevada, Reno, and a position as an Oceanfront Lifeguard with the Virginia Beach Lifesaving Service. Harrison holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Florida State University College of Law and a Master’s degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Florida State University, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Sport Commerce from Louisiana State University. Additionally, Harrison has experience in donor relations through an internship with the Old Dominion Athletic Foundation.
