Roseann Castillo

Roseann Castillo currently serves in a National Assessment role at the National Alliance for Public Charter Schools since April 2022. Concurrently, Roseann has been an English Language Instructor at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley since August 2015. Prior to these positions, Roseann worked as a Recruiter for the American Association of Medical Colleges at Orion Talent from June 2018 to April 2022 and served as an ESL Instructional Specialist at the University of Texas at Brownsville from July 2011 to July 2015, where responsibilities included teaching ESL and TOEFL classes. Earlier in the career, Roseann was part of the faculty at Texas Southmost College from May 2007 to July 2011 and served as Technology Coordinator at Incarnate Word Academy from August 2001 to May 2007, focusing on technology budget management and infrastructure development. Roseann holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, and Spanish from the University of Texas at Brownsville.
