Florette Willis serves as the Diversity Director of Outreach & Inclusion at NAMI Massachusetts, while also holding the position of Implementation Council Co-Chair at One Care Plan. Additionally, Florette works as a Coordinator/Business Consultant at mPower. With a background in business administration and paralegal studies, Florette has extensive experience in advocating for healthcare reform policies and ensuring access to healthcare for diverse groups.
