David Woodward

David Woodward has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. David started their career as the CEO of Laramar Group in 2001 and held this position until 2012. From 2012 to 2017, they served as the CEO of Fortress Investment Group's CompassRock Real Estate division and later became the Managing Partner and Global Head of Multifamily at Brookfield Property Partners. In 2017, Woodward joined Quintain Limited as a Senior Advisor to the Board. David also served on the board of Shelters to Shutters and was a member of YPO. Woodward's expertise in the multifamily housing sector led him to play important roles in industry organizations. David was involved in the National Multifamily Housing Council's Sustainability Committee and held positions on the Global Outreach Committee and Executive Forum at the National Apartment Association. Currently, Woodward is the CEO of Global Apartment Advisors (GAA) and CompassRock International.

David Woodward attended the University of California, Berkeley from 1984 to 1988, where they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
