Eduardo Padilla

Eduardo Padilla is an accomplished professional in the aquaculture industry, currently serving as the Head of Department for Hatcheries and New Species at the National Aquaculture Group (NAQUA) since March 2013. With a strong background in planning, administration, and information management, Eduardo has developed production plans, budgets, fish nutrition protocols, and the production setup for Barramundi and marine tilapia. Prior to NAQUA, Eduardo held positions such as Aquaculture Consultant at AKVAGroup Chile S.A., Development Manager at REN Consultores Ltda., Technical Adviser at Salmofood S.A., and Seawater Area Manager at Marine Harvest. Eduardo holds a degree in Aquaculture Engineering from Universidad de Antofagasta and a Master’s in Business Administration from Universidad del Mar.
