Tamika Ellis

Tamika Ellis serves as the Associate Chief Information Officer of Business Investment Services Delivery at the U.S. National Archives and Records Administration since June 2015. Previous roles at the U.S. National Archives include Director of IT Project and Contract Management and Senior Project Manager. Prior to this, Tamika held the position of Senior IT Program Manager at the National Technical Information Services (NTIS) from February 2011 to June 2015, where responsibilities included the development of accessibility solutions for visually impaired individuals, managing a $35 million portfolio, and overseeing project design and risk mitigation. Tamika Ellis holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hawaii Pacific University.
