Kristi Smith

Kristi Smith is an experienced professional in customer experience and consultancy, currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience at NAFC since August 2019. In parallel, Kristi is a Partner at Lifestyle Medicine Management Group and the Owner of Stepwise Transformations, providing consultancy and coaching to high-performance leaders and organizations facing scalability and change challenges. Previous roles include Vice President of Customer Experience at Pacific Headwear, Co-Founder of OpEx Universe, and various positions at Central Douglas County Family YMCA, Roseburg Forest Products, and Orenco Systems, Inc. Kristi holds an MBA with a focus on Project Management from Ashford University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Northwest Christian University.
