Allison A. McKee, SHRM-SCP, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources, having held various roles in different companies. Currently, Allison A. is the Senior Vice President of Talent and Culture at the National Association of Broadcasters, where Allison A. leads culture and people initiatives. Prior to this, Allison A. was the Senior Director of Human Resources at the Consumer Healthcare Products Association and held HR roles at The Art Institute of Washington, Argosy University, and Phone Directories Company. Allison A. holds a Master's degree in Community Counseling from Argosy University and a Bachelor's degree in Marriage, Family, and Human Development from Brigham Young University.
