Bruce Franca

Bruce Franca has significant experience in the field of Spectrum Policy, having held senior positions at National Association of Broadcasters and MSTV, Inc. Prior to these roles, Bruce served as Chief Engineer at the Federal Communications Commission for over three decades, overseeing spectrum and technical matters, regulations, and the FCC Laboratory and Equipment Authorization Program.
