Rodger Niemier is the Vice-President at National Association of Christian Ministers. Rodger has over 30 years of experience in ministry, including founding and pastoring Seattle Intertribal Allaince Church. Rodger has also taught classes on life skills, employment skills, spirituality, chemical dependency recovery topics, and health education.

Rodger Niemier's educational career includes a BA from Westminster College (PA) in Bible and English, a 2 year transfer to Kent State University in Architecture and Philosophy, an MDiv from Asbury Theological Seminary in Pastoral Ministry and Cross-cultural Missions/church planting and Native American studies, and a Bible/Biblical Studies degree from United Theological Seminary. Rodger is also certified by the National Association of Christian Ministers as a Licensed Chaplain and Executive Elder, and has a certification in Ordained Licensed Minister.
