Nova Thayer

Nova Thayer is currently working as a Specialist in Federal Affairs at the National Association of Community Health Centers. Prior to this role, Nova gained experience in policy research as a Policy Research Intern at the Fuel Cell & Hydrogen Energy Association. Nova also has a background in campaign and legislative affairs, having interned at various organizations such as Kyle House Group, Hickenlooper 2020, Colorado Democratic Party, and Polis for Colorado. Nova holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and History from the University of Colorado Boulder. Throughout their experiences, Nova has demonstrated strong research, advocacy, and organizational skills.

As a leading national health care advocacy organization, the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) supports community-based health centers and the expansion of quality and cost-effective health care for the medically underserved and uninsured.
