Brian's potential recoveries exceeded the cost of the services by a 12:1 ratio.

In 2005, they left Jefferson Wells to become the Contract Compliance Officer at Inova Health System where they increased billing rates and margin for the practice. In 2007, they left Inova Health System to become the Chairman at National Association of Construction Auditors.

Brian D. Felix has a BS in Finance from the University of Maryland and a Certificate in Contract Management from UC Irvine. Brian is also certified by the National Association of Construction Auditors as a Certified Construction Auditor (CCA), the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and ISACA as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). Brian is also certified by IIA-The Institute of Internal Auditors as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and by the National Association of Construction Auditors as a Construction Control Professional.
