Andrea Frank-Mirkow

Associate Director Digital Marketing at National Association of Corporate Directors

Andrea Frank-Mirkow has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Andrea currently holds the position of Associate Director Digital Marketing at NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors) starting in 2022. Prior to this role, Andrea worked as a Senior Digital Analyst at AARP from 2017 onwards, where they were responsible for customer experience, reporting, analysis, and formulation of actionable insights. Before joining AARP, Andrea was a Freelance Digital Marketing Consultant, providing services such as dashboard creation, ad hoc reporting, and data analysis to fortune 500 companies and non-profit organizations. Andrea has also worked at Fannie Mae as a Senior Marketing Manager, where they managed web site/campaign analytics, customer satisfaction, and led a CRM initiative. Additionally, Andrea has held positions at The Bivings Group as a Manager in Charge and Director of Marketing/Public Relations, where they managed overall operations and led international marketing programs. At Allied Advertising, they worked as an Account Executive, managing client accounts and developing strategic marketing campaigns for major motion picture releases.

Andrea Frank-Mirkow has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Andrea also holds an MBA degree from The George Washington University School of Business, with a focus on International Marketing and Technology.

In addition to their educational background, Andrea has obtained certifications in the Non-profit Board Leadership Program from Greater DC Cares in October 2009 and as an Accredited Mortgage Professional from the Mortgage Bankers Association in September 2004.
