Jitka Hromek-Vaitla

Jitka Hromek-Vaitla is an accomplished professional currently serving as Senior Manager of Education Programs at the National Association of Corporate Directors since January 2024 and as Volunteer President of the NAPCCC Foundation since August 2023, where responsibilities include managing strategic direction and overseeing activities for growth and sustainability. Previously, Jitka held the position of Deputy Director for Global Leadership Programs at the Obama Foundation, leading initiatives like the Obama Europe 2023 Leaders Program and coordinating the Obama Global Leaders Convening in Greece. With extensive experience as Program Director at Initiatives of Change, managing multiple educational programs, and a strong background in project development and grant management, Jitka has demonstrated expertise in leadership and international relations, further supported by a Master's degree in International Relations from American University and a Bachelor's degree in Pre-Law Studies from Mount Saint Mary's University.
