Karl Hagen

Karl Hagen serves as the Director of Network and Security at SHOE SHOW, INC., since October 2023. Karl is an Individual Member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, with a focus on Audit, Cyber Security, and Risk, and holds a certification in Cyber-Security Oversight and Advisory for Corporate Boards and Committees. As the Founder of Greyhelm Network Services, established in January 1991, Karl provides infrastructure and cybersecurity advisory services. Previous roles include Senior Director at Lowe's Companies, Inc., where responsibilities included governance, risk, and compliance, and CISO/Director at Murphy USA, where Karl expanded the cybersecurity team significantly. Additional experience encompasses positions at Walmart, JPMorgan Chase, Raytheon, OpenConnect Systems, and Computer Systems Authority. Karl holds a Master of Science in Information Assurance and Security from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Science from Kansas State University.
