Scottie Pearson is an accomplished business transformation leader with extensive experience in driving complex strategic change across various organizations, processes, and technologies. Currently serving as a Board Member for the Burnet County Democratic Club and as the Owner of Scottie Pearson Advisors, LLC, Scottie also contributes as a member of the Board of Advisors for Qonstrue and the National Association of Corporate Directors, as well as mentoring through Techstars. A former founder and lead of the ESG Operations Center of Excellence at Accenture, Scottie's notable achievements include overseeing the design and governance of significant real estate capital investments and implementing corporate real estate ERP solutions. With a Bachelor of Arts from Emory University and an MBA from the SMU Cox School of Business, Scottie has a proven track record in management consulting, driving transformation in high-tech and professional service sectors.
