Kyle Cline

National Director, Financial Partnerships, NACo FSC at National Association of Counties

Kyle serves as FSC’s national director of financial partnerships. He supports value-added, public-private solutions benefiting their nation’s 3,069 counties, including the NACo/Three+One liquidity management partnership. In this role, he drives marketing and business development activities, and manages key relationships with state association sponsors of the program.

Before joining NACo, Kyle served as National Policy Advisor and head of federal government relations for the Indiana Farm Bureau in Indianapolis. Prior to that, he was awarded the prestigious Robert Bosch Fellowship and lived/worked in Germany for one year focusing on clean technology and renewable energy policy, innovation and entrepreneurship. Before that, Kyle was General Manager of the Richard G. Lugar Center for Renewable Energy at Indiana University Purdue University-Indianapolis (IUPUI).

Kyle holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a master’s degree in Public Affairs (MPA), both from Indiana University where he graduated as Outstanding Master of Public Affairs.
