William Chapman

Will is NACo’s corporate relations assistant. He is responsible for developing valuable experiences with both the public and private sectors, including building relationships with nearly every industry, implementing marketing plans and furthering their understanding of county government. Prior to NACo, Will worked as account associate for the National Park Foundation. Before that, he worked as deputy campaign director for 360 Campaign Consulting Firm. Will graduated Magna Cum Laude from Allegheny College in Meadville, Pa. He holds a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts with a double major in political science and philosophy.
