Christophe Pottiez serves as the CEO of Keybox Service SRL since September 2008, overseeing a company specializing in secure key box installations across Belgium. In addition, Pottiez has been a professional firefighter with Liège zone 2 IILE SRI since March 2005 and an emergency medical technician with the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians since 2018, also acting as a PHTLS instructor. Prior experience includes ambulance service with AMBULANCES COURTOIS from 2006 to 2008 and military service as a non-commissioned officer in the Belgian National Defense from 1995 to 2005. Pottiez’s educational background encompasses various degrees in fire safety, locksmith management, nuclear metrology, and prehospital trauma care, supplemented by multiple instructor certifications in public health and emergency response.

Formed in 1975 and more than 72,000 members strong, the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMT) is the nation’s only organization that represents and serves the professional interests of all EMS practitioners, including paramedics, emergency medical technicians, emergency medical responders, and other professionals providing prehospital and out-of-hospital emergent, urgent or preventive medical care. NAEMT members work in all sectors of EMS, including government service agencies, fire departments, hospital-based ambulance services, private companies, industrial and special operations settings, and in the military. NAEMT serves its members by advocating on issues that impact their ability to provide quality patient care, providing high quality education that improves the knowledge and skills of practitioners, and supporting EMS research and innovation.
