Phyllis Biermann, CSCP, currently serves as an Information Technology Business Analyst at the National Association for Healthcare Quality since September 2021. Prior to this role, Phyllis held positions at the Association for Supply Chain Management from January 2014 to September 2021, including Senior Manager of Sales Enablement and Senior Manager of Corporate Development. Phyllis also worked at APICS from 2004 to 2014 as the Manager of Corporate Services.
