Justin Baulo

Justin Baulo currently serves as the Letter Carrier Congressional Liaison for the Ohio State Association of Letter Carriers and as a Union Steward for the National Association of Letter Carriers since January 2023. Since November 2014, Justin has worked as a City Letter Carrier for the United States Postal Service. Prior experience includes roles as an IS Helpdesk Representative at Kent State University, where Justin assisted users with technical issues, and as an Assistant Project Manager for Emergency Response & Training Solutions, overseeing spill response management projects. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health/Environmental Sanitation from Kent State University, completed in 2013, and graduated from Boardman High School in 2008.
