Judd Patton

Judd Patton, Esq. has extensive experience in patent law, currently serving as an attorney at the Law Offices of Judd M. Patton since October 2019. With a background as a member of the National Association of Patent Practitioners since June 2017, Judd's previous roles include patent attorney at Lauson and Associates and patent prosecution positions at the Law Offices of Lance M. Pritikin and Smyrski Law Group, focusing on patent prosecution, claim drafting, and office action responses. Judd began academic pursuits with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from UC Santa Barbara, culminating in a Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School. Early experiences include research and teaching assistant roles at UC Santa Barbara, alongside prior positions in sales and laboratory settings.
