Jim Cormier

Jim Cormier currently serves on the Finance Committee of the National Association of REALTORS® and is the Owner/Broker/President of Building Sites, Inc., where responsibilities include generating new development sales and conducting market analysis for residential and commercial real estate projects. With extensive experience in the real estate sector, Jim has held various leadership positions within the National Association of REALTORS®, including National Director and Executive Committee Member, and has been involved in philanthropic efforts as the Director for the Allina Mercy Hospital Foundation. Additionally, Jim is President of the University of Minnesota Golden Dunkers Booster Club and is an Advisory Board Member at Falcon National Bank, demonstrating a commitment to both community engagement and advocacy in real estate throughout regions including Minnesota, Florida, and Michigan. Jim Cormier's educational background includes studies at the University of Minnesota from 1985 to 1987.
