Julia Lashay Israel

Julia Lashay Israel has extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as Operating Principal and Real Estate Broker Associate at Keller Williams Realty Integrity Lakes since 2005. Additionally, Julia is a Contributing Author for Inman since October 2022 and has held multiple roles at the Minnesota Association of REALTORS®, including Instructor and Chair of the Diversity Committee. Julia has also served on the Board of Directors and various committees, including the Professional Development Committee for the National Association of REALTORS® starting January 2024. Previous roles include Head of Inclusion and Belonging at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. from May 2021 to March 2025, and founder of the Umoja Community Development Corporation. Julia obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Bethel University.
