Keisha K. serves as the Manager of Learning and Digital Design at the National Association of REALTORS® since July 2019, responsible for creating the inaugural strategy and content for a new independent learning management system. Keisha has held roles in academia, including Adjunct Faculty positions at Governors State University and Northeastern Illinois University, where course development and online instructional design were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes being a Full-Time Online Instruction Specialist at Governors State University, where coaching and faculty support were prominent duties, and serving as the Virtual Learning Manager for Chicago Public Schools, overseeing online learning initiatives across a large district. Keisha's entrepreneurial experience includes roles as an Instructional Designer and Course Developer for various companies and as a Managing Real Estate Broker. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Concordia University-Portland, an MA in Educational/Instructional Technology from Georgia State University, and an MBA in Marketing from Saint Xavier University.
