Following their military service, they worked as a Senior Web Developer at Alcatel-Lucent from 1998 to 2000. From 2000 to 2001, they were an E-Commerce Web Developer at Developers Exchange. Carl then moved on to Mortgage.com, where they worked as a Senior Web Developer from 2000 to 2002. In 2002, they joined Learn.com as a Senior Web Developer and stayed there until 2003. From 2003 to 2012, they worked as a Senior Application Architect at ADP. In 2012, they took on the role of CTO at NASP - National Association of Sales Professionals, Envision-U, and Growth-U. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated their expertise in technical roles and leadership positions.
