Charles Barrett, PhD, NCSP, has over 15 years of experience in school psychology, currently serving as a School Psychologist for Loudoun County Public Schools since July 2008, where responsibilities include providing diagnostic psychological services, conducting behavioral observations, and participating in multidisciplinary teams. In addition to this role, Charles serves as a NASP Delegate for Virginia and holds adjunct faculty positions at Howard University, Northern Virginia Community College, and George Mason University, where responsibilities involve developing and teaching courses in psychology and human development. Charles earned a PhD in School Psychology from Lehigh University and has previously provided psychological services in Baltimore City Public Schools.
