Cassandra Moore has significant experience in various roles within the HR and coaching fields. Cassandra is currently the Director of Human Resources at the National Association of Secondary School Principals. Prior to this, they founded and served as CEO of TMYK Group, where they provided professional coaching to individuals, groups, and companies. Cassandra also served as the President of the ICF Philadelphia Chapter, leading the organization in advancing the coaching profession. Additionally, Cassandra worked as a Senior Career Management Consultant and Leadership Coach at Right Management, where they supported clients in talent and career management. Cassandra has also held HR leadership positions at Comcast Business, Comcast Cable, GSI Commerce Solutions, Inc., Siemens Corporation, Staples, and Liz Claiborne. Throughout their career, Cassandra has demonstrated expertise in employee engagement, leadership development, and HR policies and procedures.

Cassandra Moore, PCC, CPC, ELI-MP, received their BA in Communications from SUNY Geneseo. Cassandra then pursued further education in coaching and obtained a certification as a Certified Professional Coach from iPEC Coaching in 2018. Additionally, Cassandra obtained additional certifications including Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation in December 2020, Dare to Lead Trained from Dare to Lead™ Trained in May 2020, Certified Facilitator - KF360 Assessment from Korn Ferry in September 2012, and Certified Facilitator - Profilor 360 Assessment from PDI Ninth House in September 2012.
