Blake Dunham

Kenneth Dunham has significant experience in telecommunications and unified communications, currently serving as the ICON Technical Lead at the National Association of State Workforce Agencies since July 2020. Previously, Kenneth held the position of Senior Telecommunications Engineer at Ultimate Medical Academy from June 2016 to July 2020, where responsibilities included serving as the subject matter expert for team roadmaps and the continuous development and support of Interactive Intelligence/Genesys systems. Additional roles include Unified Communications Lead at TwentyEighty, Data and Unified Communications Engineer at informa, and Service Desk Lead Engineer at AchieveGlobal. Kenneth's career began as an IT Technician at CCM, and earlier, provided onsite IT support for the Florida Department of Transportation through Canon Business Solutions. Kenneth holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Hillsborough Community College and attended Armstrong State University.
