Kim Swann

Kim Swann, SPHR has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Kim currently serves as the Human Resources Director for the National Association of State Workforce Agencies (NASWA), where they represent all 50 state workforce agencies. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant for various clients in industries such as automotive, engineering, national workforce agency, and cable television. During this time, they focused on creating HR processes and procedures, developing an engagement survey, establishing a salary structure, and enhancing on-boarding, recruiting, and performance management. Kim also held the position of Divisional Vice President, Human Resources at Coach's only U.S. based distribution center, leading the HR initiatives. Kim started their career at Harland Clarke where they quickly rose from an Employee Relations Manager to HR Director, supporting executives and managers in the manufacturing segment of the business and managing a remote team of Senior HR Managers.

Kim Swann, SPHR holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Florida State University. In 2002, they obtained the Senior Professional Human Resources certification from the Society of Human Resources Management.
