Michelle Hein

Michelle Hein currently serves as a Project Manager and UI Subject Matter Expert at the National Association of State Workforce Agencies since December 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Paralegal, Business System Manager, and Management Analyst II at the State of Maine, spanning from 2009 to April 2024. Additionally, Michelle worked as a Paralegal at the Maine Department of Labor from 2009 to 2015 and gained experience in office management from 1996 to 2008. Michelle is pursuing education at the University of Maine at Augusta, with previous certifications in paralegal studies from Kennebec Valley Community College.
