Randy Gillespie

Randy Gillespie has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Randy started their career at MasTec as a Superintendent Utility Construction and Maintenance from May 1998 to January 2004. Randy then joined Indiana Public Retirement System as a Benefits Processing Manager from January 2006 to November 2007. Randy then worked at the Indiana Department of Workforce Development, where they served as Budget Director from November 2007 to June 2010 and later became the Chief Financial Officer from June 2010 to October 2014. Currently, Randy is working at the National Association of State Workforce Agencies, initially as the Director of the UI Integrity Center from November 2014 to January 2021, and currently serving as the Vice President from January 2021 onwards.

Randy Gillespie pursued their education with great dedication and completed a Master of Public Financial Administration (MPA) degree from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. Randy enrolled in this program in 2004 and completed it in 2007. Prior to their MPA, Randy earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from UNLV Lee Business School. Randy studied at UNLV from 1998 to 2003, specializing in management. Randy's education history reflects their commitment to enhancing their knowledge and skills in the fields of public financial administration and management.
